Rick at Quantum has helped us transition to a new inverter at our 3 year old off grid lake house in Godfrey. Our initial installer sadly passed away. Quantum has been really great at helping us through this transition and has taken over the maintenance of our solar system. Peace of mind is key with these systems.
We had Quantum install our solar panels, and they did an excellent job from start to finish! They came out quickly, the crew was efficient, professional, and did a beautiful, tidy install. The owner, Rick, was personally involved throughout the process, ensuring everything went smoothly, and Sarah in the office was extremely helpful and organized — she kept us informed every step of the way. Rick, Sarah and the crew all provide wonderful service. They are very knowledgeable, prompt, efficient and caring. The crew even coordinated with our roofing company when we changed our roof to ensure that we had minimal downtime as we are completely off-grid. We have availed ourselves of their services and expertise multiple times now over the past 6 years and we always receive excellent service and advice from them. I definitely recommend hiring them.
