Rick, Sarah and the crew all provide wonderful service. They are very knowledgeable, prompt, efficient and caring. The crew even coordinated with our roofing company when we changed our roof to ensure that we had minimal downtime as we are completely off-grid. We have availed ourselves of their services and expertise multiple times now over the past 6 years and we always receive excellent service and advice from them. I definitely recommend hiring them.
Had Rick put up my solar panels for my pool years ago. They still work great and they are always right there if I need anything. Awesome group.
We recently upgraded our off-grid battery bank from Surrette lead-acid batteries, to Volthium lithium-ion batteries. Rick at Quantum has been a key part of our continuous quality improvement of our off-grid power system, the batteries were no different. As the batteries were declining I was in regular communication with Rick about the price differential.
