The building is dark and creepy. I have lived here for a little more than year and there are 3 residents that died in that span of a year. Out of about 50 apartments, there are only 3 washing machine and dryers and the manager does not allow you to wash after 10PM. The management company (Quantum Property Management Company) operating this building is unprofessional and terrible in every sense of the word. Complaints are either ignored or acted upon late.
