Just don't. They do not care about your health when it comes to the conditions you are gonna be living in. We've had mold since before we moved, plumbing issues, dogs barking, police being called every other day, maintenence never show up to fix said issues, people yelling at all points of the day, the trailer wasn't cleaned at all when we moved in, the windows were literally black when I washed them, roach infestation,one of our front windows fell in during a wind gust, toilet continues to flush for hours. rented through quantum for a year and a half and they never got anything done unless it was absolutely necessary like fixing our A/C unit oh btw if your planning on renting theyre duplex at 3715 north 29th dont bother the landlord doesnt care to start off i asked for 150 bucks off upon move in due to the fact we were desperate to get a different place and there was damage and a roach infestation but that doesnt mean i didnt want anything fixed trash in the yard that my toddler could easily hurt themselves on? never removed f... read more

RUN AWAY… Don’t let them use oh some of our realtors, workers, agents have been dealing with health issues. That’s an excuse, THEY Don’t Care ABOUT Us. All and Only About MONEY….. I rented a place in my city. It was painted over to cover the black mold in it. The BLACK Mold was so bad it was in every room. We tried to stay warm and cool. Our plug in wall heaters we bought ourselves was getting burned out from the condensation and dripping down. So unsafe and they clean it and cover it up. Horrible horrible absolutely horrible company been without ac and some reason they aren’t able to send someone out to even look at it it’s be the 3 rd time the ac has went out this company is disgusting to be completely honest!!!

I've rented from them for off and on 5 years. Because of lack of options. But this is hands down the worst company to rent from. They Never fix things properly or in a timely manner. And sometimes even make things worse instead of fixing them. Hiring incompetent staff. And often losing people as quickly as they hire them.
