This is a horrible real-estate, buy somewhere else
This company is quite literally the most unfriendly group of people I have ever had to speak to. I haven’t even rented from them, but just speaking to them on the phone has given me a new form of PTSD. Tried to apply to rent a $600 home (if you don’t have triple your rent you might as well not try because they are scammy and won’t tell you that), $35 application fee to be told I was too poor to live there. Had a house that got sold to them Left and is Collect almost 2000 lived there 4 years they never came to fix anything don’t even use the money for deposit for fixing what was broken gave them a notice and still said owe almost 2000$ … there awful don’t rent
