I wish I could give 0 stars because I have not had any luck getting someone to call me back, after several attempts by me and my referring doctor’s attempts.

Dr. Rao is very kind and professional. My thyroid biopsies and nodule ablation went well. He put me at ease and explained everything he was doing. His medical assistant was also wonderful. She explained everything I needed to do and prepare for, and made me feel really comfortable. They made a great team!
Waited for 30 minutes past my appointment while other patients who were 30 minutes early were taken back. I will do everything I can to be seen somewhere else moving forward. Absolute garbage customer service.
for over two years i have been harrassed by this company. insurance has paid every single penny. this company triple billed my insurance for every visit, so my insurance denied the duplicates. they have sent me to collections multiple times, to try and get me to pay double.
