This company reads imagine collected at UPMC. I received a collections bill. I contacted them as I had not been billed, nothing was showing through UMPC - they state they sent the original bill and 3 late notices. None of those were received but the collections letter made it here. Next time I need imagine in UPMC, I will be asking if there are options to Quantum.
I recently had some imaging done with upmc. I started to get phone calls from a number I dont recognize. Here it was a collections agency calling me about a bill I didnt know I even had with quantam imaging. Never sent me a bill or anything. If they want people to pay a bill even for 10 dollars, here is a wise thing to do, send the person a bill Instead of taking the easy way out and sending it to collections. Paid my bill promptly, days later I get a call about it not being paid ? All of a sudden it posted when I called customer service for clarification ??
