Hi, I called to request pricing for a pole lighting project and the owner of the company essentially told me he was too busy and hung up on me. This is a good example of making a judgement on someone without thought of the long term impact of how this interaction will impact their business. Someone is too busy until they aren’t and then their treatment of people will catch up to them.
