I have been coming to Lillie off and on for about 4 years. She has been exactly what I needed to work on some trauma history. EMDR with Lillie has significantly reduced my triggers. She is warm and attuned and has been such a positive support to me.

I started seeing Lillie Murray after the death of a family member. The loss was traumatic for myself and my children. She used EMDR and cognitive behavorial therapy which helped me get back on track with life. She is very intuitive, personable, and professional. I recommend Lillie highly!! She is a great therapist!!

Went to Lillie Murray because she's EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) certified. She also uses CBT and talk therapy. I was dealing with some PTSD from this thing we call life and she helped me through it. After a few months, I thanked her for all the work she'd done with me. I'm happier and healthier now. 10/10 would recommend. Trust the process. Trust Lillie.
