Tuesday 3/31 I got the bad news I needed a whole new HVAC system after only a year of owning my first home. Excellent Service & quick response! Fair price. Dom, the owner, came highly recommended by our son. We highly recommend him. Dom did not try to sell us a new unit - instead he problem solved & repaired our A/C Unit. Everyone else we called could not get to us for several days. Dom had his employees on service calls so he jumped in and repaired our unit.

We live out of state in Va and were notified by our realtor that we had a problem with our AC unit in a property we have for sale there in Lexington, Ky. It happened thd worse time, while our realtor was having an open house! We contacted Quantum not knowing anything about them and they were very fantastic!!!! Dom was very communicative and gave us a fair estimate. He and his crew worked 3 hours one afternoon and continuously from 6:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. the next day to ensure our new system was installed and online in a timely manner during these extreme temperatures. They were polite, respectful, and professional.
