Our heat pump went out in 90 degree weather. Because of my husband's health condition, I was very concerned. I looked at the Google ratings for HVAC, and liked what people said about QUANTUM Comfort Heating & Cooling. The owner, Dom Stevenson, came that day to help us. Our 15-year-old heat pump was shot, so Dom handled everything very quickly and installed a new heat pump the next morning--today. We had really poor airflow at our registers because old ductwork was leaking conditioned air into our crawlspace. Dom and his crew replaced all the old ductwork and we can feel a huge difference! They cleaned up all the disintegrating old material really well, always arrived on time, and good communication. Thanks!
Extremely Impressed with Dom and his team. They were able to get out quickly and get my AC fixed. Dom was very professional and easy to work with. Received updates and pictures of the team before they came out. It was a really great experience and I would highly recommend.
