I had a frustrating experience with Quantum. I called them out for a simple thermostat installation quote. After looking at my home, the technician (later realized he was the owner) spent the rest of the visit trying to up sell me on expensive equipment. I consider myself a savvy shopper and do my share of online research, so I knew how much the thermostat was he wanted to sell me should have been. In and out in the jiffy they wore foot booties. Very professional within hours we had a new carrier gas furnace and a Honeywell thermostat that lights up I'm so thankful thank you dear Lord to have heat.
