Our heat pump went out in 90 degree weather. Because of my husband's health condition, I was very concerned. I looked at the Google ratings for HVAC, and liked what people said about QUANTUM Comfort Heating & Cooling. The owner, Dom Stevenson, came that day to help us. Our 15-year-old heat pump was shot, so Dom handled everything very quickly and installed a new heat pump the next morning--today. Extremely Impressed with Dom and his team. They were able to get out quickly and get my AC fixed. Dom was very professional and easy to work with. Received updates and pictures of the team before they came out. It was a really great experience and I would highly recommend.

Dom came out for an overtime call because our unit froze up during the hottest part of the summer! He was kind, professional, and helpful, giving us suggestions to keep this from happening again! We will absolutely use Quantum again in the future to keep our unit in good working order.
