As an incoming first time customer, I was excited to do a couples session with my wife. Unfortunately, just prior to our appt we had an emergency and weren't able to make the appt in time. I called and said that I needed to reschedule - and I was told that I could reschedule. However, when calling to reschedule I was told that our first appointment was charged in full and that we would have to pay again. An amazing experience! They have fenomenal upgrades too. It is such a wonderful, relaxing and pleasant event that I am almost reluctant (out of selfishness) to share the rewarding time we spent here. I am certain we will become habitual clients.

My therapist recommended this experience so I tried it out while I’m on break before the semester begins. Reception was very welcoming and gave a short tour of the facility before we met with a licensed therapist, Zaakirah, whom led us through a guided meditation while we were getting biofeedback on coherence. I loved the singular float pod rooms- they had a relaxing, private space with a vanity and shower in addition to the float pod. Umm… best way to describe it? I enjoyed this place, it was my first time trying something like this and I felt welcomed and at home. The staff is friendly and the place was clean, and had a very relaxing environment, the meditation at the beginning helped me relaxed before starting my experience. I recommend it, specially if you feel tense and need to retrieve and get a moment of silence away from the crowds and daily problems
