The building’s location is very good, close to everything and centrally located. The amenities are not bad; however, the elevator problem has not been resolved, and there are many issues with the concierge team. They are not helpful in solving problems and behave in a very careless and rude manner. Unfortunately, they also discriminate against people. I’ve only lived here for two months, and the fire alarm has already gone off seven times. It’s beyond frustrating and disruptive, especially at night. A building should feel safe and comfortable, not stressful and exhausting. Management really needs to address the cause of these constant false alarms. The building has 54 floors, yet only two elevators seem to be functioning at any given time. This causes long wait times, especially during peak hours.
