I'm moving into Quantum South next month and have had quite a few questions about the building. Diljana Doda from property management has always been quick to respond. I've also found the concierge staff to be very friendly and welcoming whenever I've visited. It's been a positive experience so far, and I appreciate the helpfulness of the team.
Great condo building with clean facilities, friendly staff, and responsive management. The building is well-maintained, quiet, and feels very safe. Real close to transit. The entrance for Eglinton subway station is right across the street, where you can get on Line 1 and Line 5. Overall, a great place to live with the urban mid town lifestyle.
Well managed building, spacious apartments, good neighbours. Great location!
Lived here for 12 years. Would continue living here if I didn’t have to leave. Walk score 100. 15 mins from downtown. Amenities especially the pool is stellar. Sauna, steam room, industrial bbqs, firepit, cinema room, billiards room, study room and party area. Free gym classes. Yoga, HIIT, weights. My experience with mgt has been great. I think this building has been well maintained and it’s a great place to live. Elevators can be a nuisance sometimes but I think that’s normal in condos. Overall wonderful experience.
I wish I could give them a zero. Terrible building and ridiculous management. If you’re thinking of renting or buying here, save yourself lots of headaches and look elsewhere. Otherwise, they’ll make you regret your decision big time.
