The buying experience was pleasant, we were told everything we wanted to hear, of course. Even talked into buying the extended warranty for our vehicle. especially since it only had about 20,000 left on the original warranty. Service Issues with 2019 Subaru Outback with 27,000 miles. I wanted to write about a recent experience with getting an oil change at Quantrell Subaru. The dealership reported that the last person who changed the oil damaged the drain plug. So, it required a new $50 drain plug (the last oil change was done at a Valvoline Instant Oil Change). Worst car purchasing experience ever. I am a single father and after wanting a ****** for almost a decade and saved 6k to purchase my first one to keep my son safe on the roads and eventually pass down to him. After waiting two months for my vehicle, they held the vehicle hostage for four days after delivery because it was too cold for a post delivery inspection, then allowed me to come in the morning my brother passed away promising a speedy sale. My dad once told me the devil wears a suit and this place confirmed that statement. I went to Quantrell an hour before close to test drive a vehicle I was extremely interest in. The salesman informed us we could make a deposit on the car, but considering it was near close, it would be highly unlikely the car would be spoken for in such short time. STOP overcharging and trying go rip customers off with un needed repairs ex ample they tell you you need a new battery when you don't say you have intense manifold leaking and oil leaks can fix for $2600.00 plus charge $130.00 to tell you this guess customers are all suppose to be suckers!!!!!
RecommendedEasy and fun to deal with. Well worth the drive. Third car we’ve bought from them. Will continue to keep them in mind whenever we need a vehicle.
