Very helpful. Mty car needs service but a better scan from a tech person.
Really have had no significant issues with our 2022 Ascent Touring other than tire pressure losses due to picking up a nail and a leaky valve stem. On both occasions, I called Ryan and he told me to come in immediately. The service department was very busy, but Ryan made my issue a priority. He is a most gifted, caring service representative. He and all the good folks at Quantrell Subaru give me a sense of safety and security. Thank you Ryan!
The mechanics at Quantrell Subaru recommended some very expensive repairs (leaky head gaskets) after a routine maintenance visit, which were to cost more than $4000. I took the car to another mechanic instead to get a second opinion, who said that Quantrell had totally misdiagnosed the real problem. Instead, the necessary repairs cost only $400. 7 months ago I posted this and just 3 hours ago today a response came through. My post was and is true to this day. BEWARE DO NOT buy a used car here. Dishonest, condescending to a woman and just simply rude salesman assured us they did a bumper to bumper certified inspection of our car before we purchased it. This was a lie because the cars steering was so bad you could have rolled the car and if this inspection had been done this problem would have been found. Had a great experience with Marlon this week to purchase a new outback. He was kind, funny, and made sure to take the time to explain everything thoroughly. It felt no pressure.
