We live in Nashville area and drove to Lexington because Gary and his team at Quantrell had the Outback we wanted. This was our fourth Subaru in 10 years and Gary was every bit the pro!
I came in for a tire patch/repair. Before I gave them my car and let them take it back, I asked if it looked like I would need a new tire and they said the tire and treads looked good so just need to patch it up. I was using the express lane and waited over an hour for someone to come back and talk to me. Ashlie finally came back with an ENTIRE report of everything I needed done that cost approximately $2,100.
