Great and quick service with awesome customer service
I didn't think I'd ever write a negative review for Quantrell but here it goes. We bought a new 2024 Forester at your dealership and continue to travel back from Richmond every 6k miles to get it serviced. With the car and extended warranty we spent 40k +or-. Then the service cost $120 +or- with tire rotation. The issue is, you have the nerve to charge me $5 extra for using my credit card for service! Wow
My service rep,. Luke Johnson, was polite, cooperative, informative, and helpful to a person who had purchased a used Subaru and had never before owned one.
