I had to return my Subaru when the lease ended and they made it incredibly easy and even saved me from paying fees! Monica helped me and made it so easy, I would highly recommend this palace to anyone.
We were traveling on vacation here in Kentucky, 800 mi from home and our temperature control valve decided to go wonky on us. The nearest dealership was Quantrell Subaru. Of course it was on the holiday weekend so we had to wait till Tuesday morning to contact them. We called them at 8:30 in the morning, they had us in by 9:30, and even gave us a loaner car to use so we wouldn't have to sit in the lobby for 4 hours. I bought a 2025 Crosstrek Sport and I am very happy with the car. This is my first experience with the dealership and a subaru. Brandon Bihl made the car buying experience a great one.
