After a long search for a car that was reasonably priced and safe for our son, we found a 4Runner at Quantrell Cadillac. Being out of state was not an issue. Todd made the process so easy. We did most of the work over email. My husband flown up to get the car. Todd even met him at the airport. Great service and price. We are very happy.
3 in 1 dealership difficult to navigate. Poor signage. Parked at the wrong service department for 30 minutes. Otherwise great experience and expertise in diagnostics.
Sadly, I will never buy another car from Quantrell. I have purchased three and my grandfather always purchased his Cadillacs from them. I trusted them completely. We purchased a car for our daughter earlier in the year. A week later her car was towed. The car still had the temporary tag as we had not had time to receive the title and registration. Sold me a new CT5 with damaged wheels. "Repaired" them twice with shoddy workmanship. Now paint is peeling and they will not replace the wheels. They want to "REPAIR" them again. Do not buy a car here. Once you sign the papers they could care less about you Update: After over a year of arguing and me posting my horrible experience they finally sent me a set of new wheels. It is a shame that it took so long. I am very stubborn and I feel like they thought I would give up. They were wrong.
I spent two weeks dealing with these people with a deposit on an XT4 with less than 5000 miles while they told every lye in the book try to cover up that it had been wrecked by a customer while on loan. Watch them closely especially the sales lady Kassidy. Amy thing for a commission.
