Sold me a new CT5 with damaged wheels. "Repaired" them twice with shoddy workmanship. Now paint is peeling and they will not replace the wheels. They want to "REPAIR" them again. Do not buy a car here. Once you sign the papers they could care less about you Update: After over a year of arguing and me posting my horrible experience they finally sent me a set of new wheels. It is a shame that it took so long. I am very stubborn and I feel like they thought I would give up. They were wrong.
I spent two weeks dealing with these people with a deposit on an XT4 with less than 5000 miles while they told every lye in the book try to cover up that it had been wrecked by a customer while on loan. Watch them closely especially the sales lady Kassidy. Amy thing for a commission.
Justin and the crew have been absolutely amazing to me and my vehicle. They have been working diligently to get me back on the road and even going out of their way for me when they didn’t have to. Couple of times I have had issues and was able to take it in same day to have them look at it. I wouldn’t want to take my Cadillac to any other dealership. I have taken my old ats to them along with my current CT4-V and the level of care, prompt communication, and excellent service will keep me continuing to come back
I was warned. It’s just too convenient but I should’ve taken my 2024 Caddy with 7500 miles anywhere else for its first service. I got it home and what do I see the next day… massive oil stain on garage floor. My friends warned me they were crap, my work colleagues said they were crap but that location is just so convenient at corner of Palumbo and New Circle. Im headed back to where I bought it and Lord I pray their malfeasance didn’t destroy my $120,000 car.
Dustin and Tony are both amazing when dealing with the service department. Dustin went above and beyond to help us get our suv repaired. Thank you to both for their kindness and getting our suv back to us repaired.
