The week before Thanksgiving I called 503-692-3355 and talked to Sherry about cleaning supplies for the vacumm. She said she was out but would order that day and deliver as soon as it came; it's now Christmas! Wanted to clean before Christmas as we are having guests, but that is out of the question. Liked Tanya and Michael they always delivered promptly. It's a lot of money for a vacumm when you can't get any service and no one answers the phone most of the time.
