I can’t comment on Dr. Crable’s expertise or bedaide manner because I never made it to the appointment. I arrived early with completed paperwork only to be told it was the wrong paperwork. I got it off the website so perhaps someone should update that. Waited 40 minutes and then I left. If you’re that busy, then why are you scheduling appointments you can’t keep? Unacceptable. My time is valuable too. I won’t be going back.

I really like Dr. Crable and appreciate the care she provides, but the logistics of the office have been frustrating. Appointments are difficult to get, often rescheduled, and once I’m here, the wait is consistently an hour. That’s far too long, especially when it happens almost every visit. It may be worth re-evaluating the scheduling process.
