This review is solely for how unprofessional and rude their receptionist Michelle was when speaking to my mom. My mom just found out her cancer had returned and has been to this doctor before so she called this office to ask for an appointment. Firstly, Michelle answered the phone with just “hello” which was already confusing. Her tone from the start was already as if we were bothering her.
