Unreliable! DO NOT trust this guy. Do yourself a favor and call someone else. He is not reliable and not trustworthy. This guy was a referral from a local appliance parts store. Our furnace stopped working Saturday night so tried to diagnose the problem myself. Unfortunately it's not a simple fix. Called this guy up at noon on a Sunday and he stated to text my address and he will come between 5-6. At 5:30, text him to confirm, no reply back, 6:30 came and gone and no reply, called the guy and no answer. I wasted my whole day... read more
Very honest and upfront guy. My furnace fan would not shut off when it was in the heat mode. The fan just kept running and blowing cold air. I called Quang and he did some troubleshooting with me over the phone first. He knew straight away what was wrong and was at my house within minutes. He identified a 'fan control board' as the issue and promptly told me my upfront cost (very good rates) and repaired it within 30 minutes. My furnace went out the day before New Year's Day, so had a difficult time getting anyone to respond. Quang picked up my call then showed up promptly in the afternoon. He didn't charge me for any upfront cost for assessing the problem which is very uncommon nowadays. He didn't have the right part for my unique furnace that very day, but showed up the following to finally resolve the problem. I was geared to pay a hefty costs, but was pleasantly surprised with the low cost for the part & service. Very professional and honest.... read more
