Dr. Bui is a wonderful doctor but office reception and phone service is terrible I mean terrible. First, office phone service said 10 minutes wait, then later 5 minutes wait, then change back to 10 minutes wait. Now, its past 38 minutes and I decide to hangup. Office phone service has been the worst ever.
Excellent, really listen to my complaints and gave great suggestions and support. So excited to find a great doctor in the area.
I have been loyal to Dr Bui ever since I was little. He is such a good doctor. He spends time with his patients, caring, and he makes you feel comfortable
Started seeing Dr. Bui and ive never seen a dr that goes beyond to find out what is wrong with the patient(my spouse), he recently started seeing my son as well he is just so good with him. My last son's dr, didnt seem to ever be able to help prescribe anything to help him get better. But dr gets to know u as a family n not just another patient. Love the staff at Village!!!
Dr. Bui truly cares about his patients, , always explained and provided answers to our questions. When we learned that he was no longer with the group , we knew that we would have a very difficult time looking for a new family doctor with the quality and care that we had. Very happy to learn he's practicing in Pearland again. Although I'm a bit concerned about getting an appointment since I have left 2 messages to set an apt and have yet received a call back-:(
Dr Bui was my PCP when I lived in Houston and without any hesitation I would recommend him to anyone. He is compassionate, caring and listens to you. He is a physician I do not mind waiting for hours if i have to because in the end, I know I am full faith in my treating physician. I have also sent my family members to him and they were equally satisfied and happy. Thank you for being a compassionate physician.
We also received the email about him leaving the practice does anyone know where he is going I'd like to keep seeing him.

My family and I have been patients of Dr Bui for 9 years and he has been wonderful! We received a very vague email from Memorial Hermann that he will no longer be practicing there, with that news they have just lost 4 patients. We dealt with the unprofessional staff only to continue being seen by Dr Bui. He is the reason that office grew like it did.
