My son and I have used Quam Properties and Valerie on 5 different occasions. Each trip and the rental unit we stayed in was excellent. Our needs changed on the first 4 visits and each time Valerie was able to come thru with Exactly what we were looking for. She has gone out of her way many times regarding issues that didn't pertain to the unit. When a company and the people who work there go to that length... Why Change.!!! I highly recommend Quam Properties and Valerie.

The condo was not up to the standard of other identical floor plan Golf Villa Condos. Actually has paint peeling from 2 areas of the kitchen. This condo G19T1, has had no upgrades. No curtains on South facing Windows making it impossible to sit on living room couch in the mornings. Bed was comfortable and both TV's good size. Will not rent this unit again. However...on customer service I rate them 5 stars. My concerns were heard, and acted upon by Rod. I would have no problem using Quam again, just not this unit.
