The service we have gotten at QualTech at 10815 N FM 620 have been amazing. Bill has gone over what our expetations would be. I live in Arizona and my son is there in Austin and having do deal with Hyundai has been a nightmare. Bill is great at communicating, calls when he says he will, and will do all he can to find out what is wrong with your car. It is a wonderful feeling knowing there are still good people and companies out there. I would 100% recommend you bring your auto here..... Thank you Bill.
RecommendedA) Bill is awesome, and knowledgeable and extremely willing to help. He gave me advice on cost for a starter replacement.... helped me not get raped by Lambs...... they were gonna charge me double for the part and labor.... B) I left my other car at lambs after I gave them a big WTF..... but I swung by 40 minutes before closing and they were totally cool to squeeze me in for an oil change. All in all.... these folks showed me that they wanted to earn my business.... and they have, from now on. Thanks gents!!
Todd Davis at QualTech Auto hooked me up today! Dropped my baby at 10:30 and she was ready by 1:30 with new front brakes, new windshield wiper fluid squirter doo-hickey, rotated tires and fresh oil... she's purring like a kitten. No appointment! No BS! Excellent price! HIGHLY RECOMMEND. 💯

The Qualtech staff is experienced, friendly, professional and always so attentive. They take the time to explain car problems and the solutions and they go out of their way to be accommodating. This last car repair had Chris Cross as the service advisor and I am so grateful for his upbeat, positive attitude and for his knowledge. We always recommend Qualtech to everyone we know!

I have been using Qualtech for 8 years, since I moved to Austin, and I have never been disappointed. I have recommended Qualtech to friends and family and they have also been 100% satisfied.
Great customer service and mechanics. My hubby wanted to save money on having our rear brakes and rotors replaced and they allowed him to bring in parts he bought and they installed them saving us $100 over what we normally would've paid and we got better parts. The best thing was that the job only took two hours it was super quick and they have a great waiting room. They also did my state inspection.
