I absolutely hate taking my jeep in to get repairs or maintenance...I can never tell if I'm getting ripped off or not. Not until I met Mike Berritto at Qualtec. I brought my jeep in to have a tire replaced and get new rear brakes. To my surprise they got it done on the day I brought it in and while I waited! I brought my 4-year old son with me and we both enjoyed our wait on their awesome leather couches in the waiting area. Mike and his crew are on point! Excellent customer service! Very glad I went there for a second opinion after an estimate of over 2k from another garage! (after already paying them $450 on a misdiagnosed repair) QualTech's obviously more thorough diagnosis and repair of the actual problem cost under $400 Will never take my Jeep anywhere else!
