I was insulted multiple times by the operator while scheduling an appointment. In the end I decided not to schedule the surgery due to the interaction.

Dealt with the rudest lady on the phone. I got an email from this company that I have never dealt with that said my appointment was canceled. I never set an appointment or was ever a patient. I was concerned that my identity was being used by someone else. All to get told it was just an error and got hung up on. If you hate your life that much that you have to be rude to people for no reason then go do something else to do with your life! If people are wanting to go there for their needs don't expect decent customer service!

I was referred to qualsight lasik by superior vision my insurance company ive been wearing glasses since i was 8 years old contacts since i was 14 ive wanted lasik for over 20 years but never was able to afford it but with qualsight discounts im getting custom prk surgery on the 9th of September it is costing me a total of 3250 for everything including lifetime warranty without there discounts it would have been 2700 per eye for my surgery i didnt qualify for lasik bc of thin corneal walls but was a great candidate for custo... read more
