The little Lady that guards the reception area is absolutely the most unhelpful human I have met. Dr. states surgery in a week, don't count on it. Communication from the patient f (via "little people" ) staffing in this office, falls on the deaf and unconcerned staffing this office.

I was in a lot of pain when I went to see Dr Stevens. Ended up having ACDF surgery. I feel so much better. Dr Stevens and his staff are kind, compassionate and they listen.

I forgot cd, but had report. Did not get to see him because of this. Was charged for appt. Brought cd back within 30 mins. After multiple phone calls to them the following week wanting a response/diagnosis to my prior appt. silence. Not 1 returned call to discuss my cd. So I went and sat in the office after letting the stuffy receptionist why I was there. Finally was taken back and seen. Dr. Stevens told me there was nothing wrong with my neck. Losing 40 lbs. I was in an auto accident. Had a very horrible experience with another neurologist. Sought out Dr. Stevens for 2nd opinion. He and his staff were all understanding, took the time to explain things to me and didn't make me feel as if I were just a number. Very compassionate and cares.

I had trouble walking due to pain in my right leg. Got so bad that I would have to sit after a short distance. Dr Stevens replaced 2 disks and did a bone fusion. The night of the surgery I was able to take steps without any pain in the leg. I recommend Dr Stevens whole heatedly. He and his staff are great.

Dr. Steven's fixed all of my spinal issues. And there was quite a bit to fix. Gave me back my quality of life. He is so sweet, honest and compassionate. He calls you to check on you. He is an excellent surgeon and truly cares about each and everyone of his patients. He goes way out of his way to make to help you and make sure that you are comfortable. Dr. Steven's is a honest, compassionate and excellent surgeon. He he fixed all of my major spine issues and gave me back the quality of life that I had been missing. I reccomend Dr. Steven's to everyone that needs to see a neuro surgeon.

Thank you to Dr Qualls for the work you did on my back. I wish he had done the other 3 surgeries. in most likely would not have had to have the others. The best in his field I recommend him to any one will need surgery. If I ever have to have another he will be the first Dr I call. Dam straight!!!!! Thank you again. Candi Evans Warner

I injured my back so bad that I couldn’t even walk. My wife called so many specialists and their office personnel didn’t seem to care when we explained our situation. The earliest anyone could get us an appointment (just for the consultation, not a procedure) was several weeks out. It was such a blessing when we contacted Dr Stevens. Both he and his staff were very concerned and took immediate steps to help me once they saw the condition I was in. Dr Stevens and his staff are excellent!
