Ms. Qualls was an outstanding speaker at a conference last week called "Caring for the Caregiver". She conveys encouragement, warmth, compassion and a "you-can-do-this" attitude. Such an incredible amount of knowledge and personal experience she has in caring for the elderly and those with mental health issues. It was truly a blessing to be able to hear her and read the wealth of information provided.
