I never leave bad reviews, this is my first. My wife and I had been to Quala Java once before, a year earlier and did not have a good experience at all, we thought we would try it again, well it was even worse. The employees are very unfriendly borderline rude and act like they dont even want you there. The coffee is not that good to me at least on our visits.Its a shame, we really wanted to like this place as we live a couple hours away and this would have made a great stop for a day trips, We wont be back unfortunately.

Awesome location, organic and fair trade coffee. Wen enjoyed the cold brews. Fair prices. We loved it and can really recommend this location, especially compared to other American big coffee brands.
