John is thorough, professional and efficient.
These people are scam artists that expect you to pay them even though they can't be bothered to contact you correctly or in a timely manner. They did not email me like they said they would and instead waited until the literal first due date agreed upon to even bother physically mailing any kind of paperwork. Maureen is the rudest person I've ever spoken to in my life. They also don't give you the information that you need to pay them online.
