Made an appointment in the spring for my daughter who has been there before just was going in for a cleaning and exam. Got a call 3 days ago to confirm everything. Took her for her appointment, hand them the insurance card and Brenda rudely tells me they dont accept that insurance. why wasn't that told too me when they called to confirm or even when I made the appointment. Then she got rude and snippy with me. This office has just gone down hill more and more. Get it together!
