These guys are terrific, and that's clearly not an original review. There was an sick racoon in my backyard and it was late in the day when I discovered it. North Castle PD referred me to Quality Pro and they were able to come to my house in under an hour and quickly secure the poor animal. Aside from the immediate availability, and swift work, they confirmed ETA and gave text updates. I hope there won't be more incidents, but I know who to call if I do.

Jimmy is great! We have been with Quality Pro for a while now. When we found them online, we had all sorts of issues at the house. Thankfully, Quality Pro fixed them all. Recently, Jimmy helped locate where the bees were entering the house! Highly recommend!

Alex and his team are #1. I have total peace of mind. Alex is a role model professional and yesterday Hector was too! Accountable, punctual, communicative, respectful.. and the scheduling team also was responsive when I had a schedule conflict and needed to rebook.
