Carl Persiani does not inspect everything, misses major items (i.e. roof leaks, wall damages, and tire tracks in the yard) and when you ask him why he has a major anger problems and tells you it is not his job and you should do it! He lack any ethics and professionalism. You would be best if stay away from him and your home if you value them.
