La peor experiencia que me lleve de hospedarme en hotel fue esta…. Mia sabanas y almohadas estaban llenas de hongos tóxicos y me enferme de mia vías respiratorias… ese día les pedi al personal en recepción que me cambiara de habitación que tenia muy mal olor a cigarrillo y le mostré fotos y videos del hongo y muy mal educadamente la chica de turno me dijo no me podia ayudar… y me desactivo mi llave por lo cual no podia acceder a mi habitación donde estaba mi identificación,mi dinero, mi ropa, la llave de mi carro simplemente... read more
Place has gone downhill. Prices have doubled, breakfast is down to just a waffle, cockroaches EVERYWHERE, never turned the room, pool falling apart as is the rest of the place.
I was taken and my money used for the room. I said something to the registration manager, but it didn't seem to matter that much. Police need to be notified that the are distributing controlled substances in the area bars.
