I have been a loyal patient of this practice for over 17 years, and I absolutely love and adore the physicians. They have always provided me with excellent care and supported me through three pregnancies with the highest quality of women’s healthcare. Deborah Sartoian, manager of the office is not fit for her position in healthcare. The lack of concern, understanding, empathy, acceptance, anccountability and compassion displayed that on June 11, 2025 when I came to the office for an appt with my service animal and was immediately harrassed. “Debbie” approached me unannounced (as far as manager of the office, so I thought she was a patient) demanding paper work and certifications for my service animal, such paper work only exists for ESA pets not working service animals. I wasted a whole extra day in the hospital waiting for my baby to be circumcised by an OB and he was never circumcised due to the oversight of both the doctors (Dr. Selman - doctor on call) and nurses. I clearly stated to my doctor and the hospital that I wanted this service done before i went home and my baby was never prepped or provided the service I asked for and was promised. Fantastic caring staff. They run a bit behind schedule but that’s because they spend time with you in the room and ensure you feel heard and have all questions answered. Dr Davila helped me bring my son into the world and made the birth a quick, beautiful experience. Monica also has an incredible bedside manner. So grateful I found this office and team.
Tried to book an appointment for my wife and even went through the hassle of changing insurance just to see a specific doctor. But the front desk? Absolutely incompetent and unbelievably rude. These clowns couldn’t even check the insurance properly. One particular person at the desk was so unprofessional that my pregnant wife ended up in tears for no reason after a three-way call with the insurance agent.
