Needed tempered glass window and new bathroom door. From first contact to completion, great communication, high quality parts and choices. The results were better than expected and my project has been completed beautifully.
Installers did a great job and were fast. I needed one of my windows opening direction changed and they did this no charge (warranty voided but that's my fault). My interior door came unfinished and still needs cleaning, sanding, primer and paint - both on the door itself and the frame trim. The salesman did not mention this on site and this will cost me an afternoon and some money for supplies. Very dissapointing since I thought I paid for a finished product. We are very happy our Milgard windows and sliding doors. The team of Adam, Rudy, Gabby, Zef, and Lupe were extremely professional, with great attention to detail in their finish work. They review each step with us and we will be requesting them for the second phase of our remodel.
Just had our new double front doors installed today. They look fantastic and we couldn't be happier. Adam and Travis the installers were great and professional. Would highly recommend using Quality windows and doors for your next home improvement.
