While getting measurements done for a new door the technician took out my balancers out of one of my windows that was hard to open. He took it while the sales guy from the store told me we will take care of it. After the install of the door was a disaster back and forth because of measurements the installer in the end of the day said I’ll order new balancers and will come back and pop them in for free. Adam and Lupe came to our home today to install our new replacement windows . They were very courteous, efficient, knowledgeable, and very neat. They demonstrated what great customer service is! We are extremely happy with our new windows, I feel like we have really made a great improvement to our home.
Quality is right! Larry, Morgan, Hunter and all the installers are amazing. They did a great job replacing our old hollow-core doors with beautiful solid wood. And they did a fantastic job installing a tricky pocket door with a full professional drywall repair.
Claro: We had a very good experience with the Oxnard store. They didn’t have the exact item I was looking for, but they quickly referred us to their Ventura location and were still very willing to help. Even though the project didn’t move forward and no contract was signed, they took the time to assist us and even spoke directly with my client, showing their portfolio with a lot of patience and professionalism. I really appreciate their support and great customer service. Highly recommended.
I cannot recommend Quality Windows. I have had nothing but issues with their windows. I have had eight installed over the last 13 years, and all eight windows have failed in one way or another. I just had a horrific experience with a bedroom window that leaked into my kitchen and caused serious damage. They don't return phone calls or honor warranties.
