Absolutely terrible customer service. Would not recommend
The step-out balcony above living room had been leaking on/off for many years. Needed a true professional to handle this since it would be our 3rd replacement roof. Found Quality Way online and read the reviews which were all very good. Tony returned my online request to look at my situation, was at my house next day and he identified source of water issues very fast. Tony and his crew removed a chimney and patched the roof at our residential home. It was a big job and the weather was cold but they got the job done and went the extra mile to patch everything up and get the bricks removed quickly. Tony was always very responsive, flexible when I asked for changes, and easy to work with. I'd happily work with Quality Way again.
Fantastic experience with Quality Way. Tony was very responsive, did great work, and great value. We've continued to work with them for many projects.
