I just wanted to drop you a note to let you know how much we appreciate the work Patrick did for us. We were having some troubles and he spent a lot of time figuring out what was going on. It ended up being multiple issues - RO filters, the thingie in the salt reservoir, a leak, etc. Patrick offered to come back 10ish days later to check on us. He just left from his second visit and I'm so thankful to know the water we're drinking is safe (and doesn't stink). We have such hard water out here! I am thankful we were introduced... read more
