We are so grateful for David! After our warranty company left us without hot water for almost two weeks, David came to our rescue. He responded to our inquiry right away and was at our home within the hour, bringing a positive, can-do attitude. David was great. Our water heater broke on Sunday and we needed a replacement. Called about a dozen or so companies/repair people but as soon as I got David on the line, I knew he was the guy. No sales pitching, no pressure, just honest and straightforward. It made a stressful situation less stressful knowing we would have quick and honest work done. I rarely write reviews, but my experience with David was so positive that I wanted to share. He is an exceptional service provider who really helps the customer understand the details of the problem so they can weigh their options. He was able to do a same-day water heater replacement for a more complex older system that has the water heater connected to the home heating. He was very responsive and provided a lot of great insight into my options. Definitely recommend him and will be sure to call for any future service needs!

David installed a self-cleaning water heater 6 years ago for my son and the water heater has been working without any trouble since then. Recently he installed a new burner for my 7 year old water heater. He is professional and giving me good advice. I highly recommend him!!!
