The Worst Customer Service – I have never had such an awful customer service experience. It started with the lady who answered the phone. (Anita?) She was rude, condescending and just making the appointment was a huge hassle. The only reason I kept the appointment was because they are close to where I live. Their establishment is dirty, dusty and there is merchandise on the floor. I had an appointment with the doctor they are associated with and had to wait almost an hour.
