Wow... I’m speechless to say the least! I don’t know Mr. Gonzales but I do know his family was displaced by the catastrophic fire in Paradise. Not only did He and his wife lose everything due to the fire. But Roger (owner) and Jesse (son) decide to fire him for a NO SHOW, NO CALL. I don’t know how you sleep at night! Horrible service! Horrible human beings! Who fires someone for a no call no show but has a text message from Jesse the assistant manager. Stating “Roger said you don’t have to come in, he and joe will be there”. The man they fired was the sole provider for his wife and children and yet they fire him after being there for 9 years!! Working 12 hours a day without paying overtime. After losing everything in the #campfire this is how they treat their employees. Better business bureau Will be hearing this story.

I've sold tires for Goodyear and held 3 A.S.E. certifications, so I'm a hard person to impress when it comes to automotive service. But these guys did it. Saturday Feb 10th. The sale, speed of service, quality and price were all good. Only thing they might be able to improve on is the customer waiting area, not that it's bad or uncomfortable or anything, it's just the only thing I can see that may need improvement.
