I went to look at a Honda Pilot they had and the check engine light was on. I asked what the code was and what was going on. They pretended like they didn't know, like it was a new thing, and got out the hand-held device that reads the code. They said it was “Evap something" and suggested the gas cap might not be tight or might need replaced. One of the guys fiddled with the gas cap while the other (I later realized) reset the sensors, which you can do with the device that reads the code. This makes the dash warning lights t... read more

I bought a car from them last year. There was a slight smell of burning oil on my test drive, but they told me there was no puddle under the car, and they must've just spilled a bit. $2000 later, I've replaced all the faulty and cracked engine gaskets. Shame on me for not checking more thoroughly before buying. Oh, and the brake tag they were so happy to point out still had a year left on it? Fake. 🤣 Still trying to find the "quality" in their used cars...
