I had an amazing experience! The staff was very friendly and answered ALL of my questions. I have not had good experiences with any other place around. Definitely recommend coming here!!
Not impressed with QUC. Took my 2 year old in late on a Saturday, i get its annoying to do that but i was concerned. I thought it was best to try Urgent Care than the ER for a fever and lethargy. Got to town around 4:30, we live an hour away. They close at 5. Checked in, filled out paperwork, got called back. Nurse came in tried to take his temp, he had been running 100 degree temps all day. Absolutely no issues with the doctors here. I avoid this clinic at all costs unless absolutely necessary. Every time I have gone here or needed to take a child in, I ALWAYS verify insurance info and my address because I have yet to get a bill from them in several years. I called in February (after I received my insurance benefits mail seeing it had been taken care of) to see why I still haven’t received a bill for my daughter’s appt.
