The employees at the front desk really know what they are doing and are very familiar with their products. I wanted firm, very firm cushion seating. She gave me a couple to try and I picked the firmest one. Then she told me the foam would need to be wrapped as that smooths the edges. Okay, fine. She gives me a price which I think is okay and says it will only be 2-3 days. WOW. She calls the next afternoon and they are ready fit pick up. The cushions are an exceptional fit over the foam.
