Dishonest Tun Up #39 (South Van Nesss, S.F.) I had same experience as the Annoyours (07/19/18) at Quality Tun-Up #39 (South Van Nesss, S.F.) . Don't take your car there. Never!!! I was charge more than 50% more than the estimate price when I pick up my car. I argued with them, and I was told that I misunderstand it. God, I had put down the quote on my check in sheet. So, never bring you car to there.

Car Maintenance/Repair We have been taking our cars here for many years and are satisfied with the service. They get really busy on weekends so it is best to get there early. They are also conveniently located near public transportation so if you have to leave your car there, you have a way home. There is something of a waiting room but it's not very comfortable, like what a car showroom would have.

Tune up Quality is a very good auto repair shop. They are quite busy but they do a good job. I think it's about 5 years that we've always taken are cars here to service. They also do smog checks rather quickly and we were always satisfied with their service. They are very honest and have give you top quality service and we always appreciate this when we are fixing our cars.

Dishonest Tune up! These guys are dishonest! Don't trust them! They take advantage of people in desperate need of help. I took my truck to them thinking it needed a new starter and a tune up because it wouldn't start. (No it's not the battery, since the lights, radio, power door/windows works) They charged me over $450 for the starter and the tune up, and then later told me it needed an "idle control valve" which is another $450. They should have told me what was wrong with the truck in the first place instead of letting me ... read more

Trusted Mechanic This company provides very good care to the cars they provide mainly oil changing and smog check services. The owner has been repairing the engine for the last ten plus years and can tell everything you need to know about cars if you provide a good description of your car troubles. He also can repair any domestic and foreign makes including Japanese and German cars.
