I drive all the way across town to take my car to these guys. They're friendly, reliable, trustworthy, and cost-effective, plus they're great with adding free services like brake inspection or winter checkups. I see there's a one-star review below mine but I have to guess that was an aberration, I've never had anything but great service at Quality Tune.
Scheduled a 10:00AM appointment to get my rear differential checked out/repaired. Arrived at 9:55 and was told it would be about an hour till they get my car in, no big deal. Called at 12:30 and they said they still hadn't got my car in and said it would be within the next 45 minutes. Called again at 4:00 and they said your car is the next one in. Showed up at 5:30 after i got off work and my car was still parked in the same spot, they never even took a look at it. Stay away, they don't keep appointments and lie to you.

I have used this shop for my I/M for several years. I always have gotten my vehicle done when promised. They always are curtious and upfront. If they are busy they will tell you how long your wait or when you can call or come back. They have always followed through with those times as well. I would recommend this shop to anyone.
I absolutely disagree. I very much appreciate this Quality Tune. They know what they are doing and they get it done when they say. They are straight and to the point and unfortunitly some people may misconstrue this as rudeness. To find a mechanic shop like this is rare. Thank you Quality Tune.
