I had my ARE tonneau cap adjusted several years ago with no issues or problems whatsoever - took less than an hour and I purchased added accessories while I waited - they have lots of neat stuff. In October 2024, brought truck in to have the cover adjusted once again - a single cap screw had worked itself loose and was gone - they did not have any replacement parts on hand - would order and call me to come in. Great place to get all the extra stuff you might want to put on your truck. Side step rails to get in and out easier. A bed cover. Lots to choose from and the people are really nice.
They installed a hitch and trailer wire connection. They did good on the hitch receiver, but the wiring connection didn’t work. I figured out the issue was a missing converter box that had to be installed where the 4 prong connector was. They either don’t know their business or were trying to shave a few bucks on parts hoping it would work. Use U-Haul to get this kind of work done. They actually know what they’re doing.
My existing truck bed cover had been giving me fits for years. I stopped in to see if the guys could fix it for me and I was in an out in less than 5 minutes. They were very kind and professional. I would highly recommend them.
Just another greedy business in the industry. Treat you like they are doing you a favor. Prices are way to high and they are kinda rude. Won’t go back
