Roxanne was very helpful and patient as my husband and I carefully planned and researched which trailer to buy for his junk removal business. Great atmosphere, amazing customer service, and great prices. Definitely recommend!

I took my enclosed cargo trailer to the folks at Quality Trailers of Harlem today. It needed a fender repaired. I asked Eric if they could make sure it was “road ready.” Lee went over the trailer and found several issues that I was definitely unaware of! Cross threaded lug nuts, hub cover missing, broken break away cable and a lighting issue. He fixed all of this! All the while pointing the issues out and advising me every step of the way!
