I went on a Saturday to get tires put on my truck. Was up sold upon arrival, compared to what I was originally going to get. Took hours to get my tires on.. and to come find out, they kept my aftermarket, custom valve stem caps. I’m very disappointed with this place. Shady business…..

Waste of time made me wait 45 minutes for some tires that weren’t the same ones don’t go there Quality Tires & Auto Repair 2 (Chema Tires) in bellflower and Cruz tires in Lakewood are the same people they run a scam together making false ads with fake people and wasting people’s time giving them different tires

This guys are a job made me drive 30 min a set of good tire . Four tires for $180 with installation. I message them to ask if they still have them in the confirm they did. I showed up and showed me a couple of overly used accident looking muddy tires. Trying to convince me to swap over to those that I did not ask for. A lot of shady business here be careful.

Bought 4 tires. None of them were balanced and car vibrated at hwy speeds. Then one of them was flat within 4 hours due to sidewall damage (I didn't hit or run anything over). Not going back and would not recommend at all.

Bought a 4 tires and left. Less than a week later, took my wheels off to do a tire rotation an prep for a 1000 mile trip noticed 3 bubbles in the inner sidewall. They told me to come back in and get it fixed. No big deal, came in to get it fixed and not only did they swap it out with a different size tire from the rest of them, but they also damaged the finish of my wheel. One of the guys insisted that i spend more money to get another set of tires off them. Asked them how we can make this right and was left with no answers.... read more
