The staff went above and beyond to make sure my truck was ready for a long trip. When issues with my truck caused the work order to run beyond closing time they stayed late and made sure my truck was right, test driving several times to make sure. Now 2 hours after closing time I was refunded a sizable portion of my payment for my troubles. They won’t back their work. Got brake job on pickup truck and got metal on metal with less than 9000 miles on new pads. Said one year warranty was gone. $400+ brake job. My wife’s vehicle has 50,000 + miles on it and still has original brakes. If it was one of my company trucks I might not be quite so disturbed,this is my personal truck. Second place visited today, local shop in Munford acted like I was an inconvenience.
Top notch from the time you check in at the front entrance and hand them your keys and tell them what you need done, until you are sent on your merry way. And it doesn’t take long at all. I was in and out within 40 minutes for 6 tires and new wiper blades. YOU CANNOT BEAT THAT!
Great employees and great customer service. They really live up to their name by providing Quality service and customer satisfaction. The facility is large with plenty of room to stretch out. I was there for almost an hour getting services done and ran into 2 other friends and had a great time talking. The facility is very clean with plenty of seating and coffee. I highly recommend them.
I highly recommend Quality Tire of Munford. I dropped my truck off in the morning and picked it up that afternoon. I had 10 wheels polished. The wheels turned out like new. I’m very pleased with their professionalism, quality and service. I will be using them again.
