I honestly can't believe I'm leaving a 5-star review for a contractor, but here we are. I've worked with plenty of contractors in the past and they were always a nightmare. When I had a plumbing issue that led to flooding and damaged flooring, I set myself for the long, stressful process I knew I would endure. Randy and Quality & Time Construction were the opposite of stressful, however. He gave me a fair price, worked within my time constraints, and took on some extra small jobs.
