So, I have been a customer of Quality Termite & Pest Control for over a year now. It was time for a quarterly check and when we booked the appointment, I had written down the date, and day, of the treatment. I wrote down the wrong date and day.. The technician showed up and, on the spot, I had to reschedule for later in the week. We have used Quality for about 18 years. Most all the service guys have been great. But Justin is the best of all. So polite and thorough. He really went above and beyond! You are fortunate to have such an amazing employee!!

I had called to pay the past due balance on my account, and I was trying to explain to them of why there was a nonpayment there for a short amount of time due to me transitioning jobs and while I was in the middle of talking that the lady that answered the phone was very disrespectful and was like well. Justin was our exterminator today and he was amazing! He was very thorough with his work. He made sure to check out everything I asked him about and was all around a good, kind person! If you need some help with pests, call quality and ask for Justin!
