Terrible - and Liers!! – The first time I went to Quality Tailors, they monogrammed a shirt for me and used the wrong color. I let them know it was incorrect, but still paid full price for it b/c I could still use it. They did not admit that the color was wrong. The second time I decided to give them another shot, they clearly used the wrong monogram style.
