Mike, Larry and Jack were great! I needed my HVAC replaced due to a “majestic” installation in 2022. Mike was thorough with his assessment of my old HVAC system and provided a detailed estimate of the replacement I would need. They also assisted in getting my gas fireplace into all vented out of the roof after a chimney was removed. I would highly recommend them for any HVAC needs.

Home Shield contracted them for Air Conditioning inspection. Quality Systems never called me. In fact they hung the phone on me.

I've been using Quality Systems Heating and Cooling for annual furnace and air conditioner check ups and tune ups since July 2017. I first met Mike Thompson when the air conditioner failed two days before a dredded hot 4th of July weekend. To my pleasant surprise Mike made a service call that day. Within two hours he had the unit working like a top delivering the coolest air. What a relief. Quality Systems Heating and Cooling fellas are awesome. Mike came out to our place on a Saturday morning one hour after calling him, that's really fast for a weekend.
